What is Road Hazard?
Road Hazard is defined as: objects and road conditions such as potholes, rocks, wood debris, metal parts, plastic or any item causing tire damage other than normal wear and tear.

What is Tire and Rim Road Hazard Protection?
Tire and Rim Road Hazard Protection are included with your Emergency Treadlife protection. It adds valuable road hazard protection on your vehicle’s tires and/or rims. Tires that fail due to a Road Hazard (nails, screws causing punctures, etc.) will be repaired or replaced (dealer discretion) at no charge to the customer. This includes valve stems, mounting, balancing and/or taxes.

What is Emergency Roadside Service ?
Emergency Roadside Service is the most affordable way to protect you and your family during a breakdown. It provides nationwide service with multiple benefits such as, towing, flat tire assistance, battery jump-start, fluid/fuel delivery, and lockout service. With Treadlife, you simply sign the receipt and drive away. We pay the bill and take care of everything else.

Who is Included in My Membership?
A membership covers anyone who drives the car. There is no extra fee for additional friends or family members.

Who pays for the Actual Emergency Roadside Service?
Treadlife pays for the services provided. You simply sign for qualified services and drive away. We take care of the details so you can get back on the road. We call this Sign and Drive.

What Does Sign and Drive Mean?
Sign and Drive means that you simply sign for covered services at the time of a breakdown.

Do I Have to Pay an Application or Admission fee?
No. Unlike other roadside assistance providers that charge up to a $20.00 admission fee just to join, Treadlife does not charge a sign-up, admission or initiation fee. This makes Treadlife one of the most affordable and easy to use memberships of the Emergency Road Service.

How Do I Renew My Membership?
For the convenience of our members, all memberships are renewed automatically unless you choose not to renew. This way you can have the peace of mind of having protection when you need it.  

Can a Live Agent be Contacted 24-Hours a Day?
Treadlife Roadside Assitance is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week by calling our live agents. 

What is the Coverage Area of My Membership?
Coverage is available to members anywhere in Canada or United States.

I have a Road Hazard claim, what should I do?
If a tire(s) and/or rim(s) fails due to Road Hazard as covered by this contract, the  customer should have their service facility call 1-888-55-TREAD (87323).  NOTE:  No claim will be honored without returning to your dealer or submitting the claim online or calling Treadlife Co. Inc.
